Test and repair operations are generally carried out at our premises, we can arrange collection and return of items (at a small charge) if you are unable to bring the unit in.

There is NO CHARGE for this service if we are unable to diagnose the fault or repair the item!

We will deal with software problems or small ugrades at the customers premises if requested. There is a minimum call out charge of £30.00 which covers 1 hour on-site and travelling. Subsequent hours at £20 per hour.

We will test and repair (where possible) all PC components. We always contact the customer before commencing any repair.

If a repair is uneconomic, that is - the cost of repair would be equal to or more than the cost of a replacement part - we tell you!
