All items carry a 12-month return to base warranty.
Monitors may carry a three year on site warranty with the manufacturer.
Epson Printers carry a one year on site warranty with the manufacturer.

All items returned as faulty must be returned in original packaging with all software & manuals.

All returned items will be tested before replacement/credit/return being made.

PLEASE NOTE any goods returned and tested not faulty, a testing charge will be incurred as advised by our Technical Staff.

Items returned due to incompatibility with the purchasers original equipment a restocking, fee of 25% may be made, or a replacement, which is compatible, be made.

Any item found to be non-working i.e. (DOA) must be returned to base within 7-days

Any item returned after 30-days for replacement or refund this will be made at our current price list, no refund will be made if the purchase price was higher than our current prices.

In the event of an item being returned found to be faulty which we no longer stock & subsequently has to be returned to our suppliers/manufacturer we reserve the right to replace the said item within 28 days.

Before any item is tested & or replaced it must be returned in the condition it was received (with original packaging and all software & manuals) as appropriate.

Seals broken on Media and Ink Cartridges validates any warranty

We cannot be held responsible for any data loss, it is your responsibility to back up all data.

If you require data backing up before commencement of any work, please advise our engineers, a small charge will be made for this service.

Whilst every effort will be made to retain any data, we cannot be held responsible if any data is lost or corrupted

PAYMENT

All goods will remain the property of DKA Associates until payment in full has been received.

We accept the following Methods of Payment.

Cash Up - to any Value.
Personal Cheques - Up to the value of the bankers card.
Bank / Building Society Drafts -Up to any Value.
